Sailcloth Tent Rentals

Enhance your wedding day with the elegance of our sailcloth tent rentals, perfect for outdoor celebrations at Mayhurst Estate. Each tent provides a stunning, open-air ambiance, complete with cantina lighting to create a warm, inviting atmosphere as you celebrate under the Virginia sky.

Our sailcloth tent options start at $950 and go up to $3,850, providing the perfect space to seat up to 150 guests.

For a truly customized experience, additional tent sizes, styles, and more affordable options are available upon request. We also offer tent walls, flooring, heaters, and extra lighting to perfect every detail.

Dreaming of an alfresco wedding under the stars, but want peace of mind?  Our Rain Insurance reserves a tent in case of unexpected weather, with a 25% deposit and flexible cancellation up to 3 days before your wedding day.
